Home Care services review

Overview

Our goal as a Council is to always deliver services that meet the real needs of our residents, sometimes we get this right and sometimes we don't. This survey is for anyone who has used our Home Care or Reablement services in the last 12 months, or whose family member has. We want to hear about your experience, good and bad, to help us shape these services going forward. Please answer as honestly as you can, and give us as much detail as you're able to, every response helps.

This survey is anonymous and your answers will not affect any care you or your family member currently receive. It should take around 12 minutes to complete and closes on 10th September 2026

Why your views matter

We work hard to deliver good services, but we don't always get it right, and we won't know where to improve without hearing directly from the people using them. Your first hand experience is the most valuable evidence we have.

Data protection 

This questionnaire and the information we collect will be used for the purposes of evidence-based decision making on Home care services. We are committed to the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulations. By continuing to complete this questionnaire and submitting your responses, you are consenting to us processing this data. 

This will be used to make decisions in a public forum, and the results will be published online, and anonymous data may be accessed by third parties to validate the results of the survey. 

We will only retain the data collected for as long as is necessary and, after the period determined by our Data Protection Officer, this data will be destroyed in accordance with our IT and Information Security Procedures.
