Information and Advice Review – Resident Survey
Overview
Slough Borough Council is reviewing its Information and Advice (I&A) services to better understand how residents access support, identify any gaps, and improve how services work together.
Information and advice services include support on issues such as housing, benefits, debt, health and wellbeing, and employment. These services are provided by the council and voluntary and community organisations.
This survey focuses on services for adults. It does not include services specifically related to children, education or family support.
We want to:
- Understand your experience of looking for and using support
- Understand how you would prefer to access support in the future
- Identify any gaps or barriers
Your feedback will help improve services and ensure people can access the right support at the right time. All responses are confidential.
