Information and Advice Review – Voluntary and Community Sector Survey

Overview

Slough Borough Council is looking to understand resident experiances of Information and Advice services across the borough.

This survey is aimed at voluntary and community sector organisations to understand how residents currently access support, the challenges they face, and how services work together across the system.

We recognise the vital role that VCS organisations play in supporting residents, and your insight will be key to shaping a more joined-up and accessible approach to information and advice in Slough.

The findings from this survey will help identify gaps, improve referral pathways, and support the development of more coordinated services.

This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

All responses will be treated confidentially and used for analysis purposes only.

Closing date: 2nd June 2026
