Flood Resilience Survey

Overview

We are conducting a survey to understand how heavy rain, flooding, and local flood resilience initiatives affect people in the area around Chalvey, Granville, and Manor Park. The survey is being conducted jointly by Slough Borough Council, the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust, and the National Flood Forum, with funding from the Environment Agency. It is only for households in the area where the leaflet was delivered, or for people who were asked directly by a member of the Project Sponge team to take part. It should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Please complete one survey per household.

Once you submit your response, we will review it to make sure the survey has been completed properly. This includes checking that the response is sufficiently complete, does not appear random or duplicated, and comes from an eligible project area. If your response is eligible, we will contact you within around two weeks with a £20 voucher. Please note that only one voucher will be issued per household. If you would like to receive this, you will be asked to provide your email address at the end of the survey. Your email will be used only to send the voucher and will not be linked to your responses.

Survey findings will be analysed in summary form to help us understand local flood resilience, experiences of disruption, and how local works and activities may be affecting the community.
