Damp & Mould Policy Review 2026

Overview

We want to hear from tenants about our Damp & Mould policy and how well it works in practice. 

This survey is about whether our policy is clear, easy to understand, and explains what both the council and tenants are responsible for. It also looks at whether the timescales, processes and actions set out in the policy feel realistic and fair, based on your experiences. 

Your feedback will help us to understand what is working well and where improvements are needed, so that Damp & Mould issues are identified, reported and are dealt with properly. We aim to use your responses to improve how we manage Damp & Mould across council homes.
