Introduction

Slough Local Planning Authority (LPA) is running a ‘Call for Sites’ exercise to ask people to share information on sites that could contribute towards providing housing and other uses for our communities over the next 20 years.

Sites must be wholly or in part in Slough but can be vacant or include redevelopment or change of use of existing buildings, or extensions to them. Proposals for employment, housing, regeneration, enhancing land, improving land for recreation or sites that do not involve built development are all welcome.

 

Guidance notes

Before you submit a nomination for a site, please check your proposal can meet our minimum criteria:

  • submit a nomination for each site you are proposing
  • provide a plan to show where the site is as sites must be wholly or in part within Slough Borough Council, 
  • register nominations with a valid name and contact details, and
  • confirm you agree with the privacy and data protection rules we use.
  • complete the information marked as ‘required’ on the form.

Site nominations cannot be made anonymously.

Please confirm you agree with the Privacy Notice in order for us to publish site information provided, and legally hold your contact and or personal details.

  • Information supplied will be held and used in accordance with the GDPR. 
  • Information provided on the nomination form about the site and proposal, including the names and organisations of those submitting it, will be publicly available.
  • Personal information (primarily private contact details) will not be publically available. It will be processed and handled in accordance with the Council’s privacy policy available to view on the Council’s website: https://www.slough.gov.uk/privacy
