Proposed Release of Green Belt Sites for Family Housing
Overview
This consultation is part of the review of the Local Plan for Slough. It is about the proposed release of some Green Belt land for family housing and is accompanied by a Sustainability Appraisal. The consultation document considers ten sites in the Green Belt and their suitability for family housing. (The principle of releasing Green Belt was referred to in the Spatial Strategy that was consulted on in November 2020.)
The consultation runs from 5th November until Friday17th December 2021. All responses must be received before the close of consultation at 11.59 pm.
The consultation documents can also be viewed at libraries in the town and Colnbrook during their normal opening hours.
This notice is made under Regulation 18 and Regulation 35 of The Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
