This draft sets out our shared vision and three powerful drivers for change over the next decade. It’s built on data, evidence, and real insights from communities, services, and partners - all aimed at tackling the unfair differences in health and wellbeing across Slough.
Your voice matters. We've listened closely to many partners across the health and social care system, and now we're asking you to help shape the final strategy before it’s launch next year. Tell us what you think about the vision and priorities - and help us make it stronger.
