Overview
We are engaging with residents, partners and businesses to refresh Slough's Vision 2040. Help us shape the vision by completing this short survey. Your feedback will also inform our wider understanding of resident priorities for the borough when developing other policies, strategies and plans.

Data protection and how we use your information
Slough Borough Council is the data controller for this survey.
We are collecting your responses to help refresh Slough’s Vision 2040 and to inform future council policies, strategies and plans. This helps us understand the needs and priorities of residents, partners and businesses.
What we collect and how we use it
We will use the information you provide to:
- analyse feedback and identify key themes and priorities
- support decision-making about the council’s future direction
- publish summary findings from the survey
Survey results will be reported in a way that does not identify individuals. Any published data will be anonymised.
Lawful basis for processing
We process this information under Article 6(1)(e) of the UK GDPR (public task), as it is necessary for us to carry out our official functions as a local authority.
Sharing your information
We may share anonymised survey results with partners or third parties to support analysis or validate findings. No information that identifies you will be shared in this way.
How long we keep your data
We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary for this work, in line with our retention policy. After this period, it will be securely deleted.
Your rights
You have rights under data protection law, including the right to request access to your personal information and, in some cases, to have it corrected or deleted.
